101 – Beer Storing and Service Workshop (1.5 hours)
We will come to your establishment, and train your staff on all things about serving and storing beer properly including:
- Serving alcohol responsibly
- Choosing and cleaning glassware
- Serving draft, bottled, and canned beer
- Maintaining draft systems
This training helps prepare staff to pass certifications such as ServSafe® & Cicerone® Certified Beer Server.

Field Trip! We will hop on the bus to visit up to 3 breweries to learn about the brewing techniques, styles and the history of Maine Breweries.
